I think the best part of building is that it's been a simpler process than I thought but we've had exceptional builders and Bluegreen has just been... I can't say enough nice things about Bluegreen. They've answered all our questions and called us back when we leave messages. It's just been a overall wonderful process. Bluegreen has been especially helpful to us because we ended up renting a home in Wimberley which is about 35 miles from here. We didn't want to come over if nothing was being done on the house, and they've kindly come up and checked for us and told us they're putting the rock on, putting the roof on... whatever so we can drive the 70 mile round trip from Wimberley when it matters and that's pretty important.. We thought this is an exceptional area and it has a lot of potential and sure enough Vintage Oaks is the potential so we're just really happy with our investment.
